Real Madrid coach Manuel Pellegrini has revealed his squad list of face Sporting Gijon this weekend, and there's a host of big names that will miss out the vital clash. According to Real Madrid's official website, Pellegrini has selected 17 men from the first team and one youth player ahead of tomorrow's game. The biggest news is the omission of Kaka, who has been left out of the squad ever since Real Madrid exited the Champions League at the hands of Lyon last week.  

The third annual Dam Dog Walk will take place from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 24 at Big Oaks Park Dam. The event is sponsored by the Hart County Humane Society. Don't have a dog to walk?

A memorial service for Koy L. Neeley, 91, of Georgetown is March 20, 2010, at 11 a.m. at Main Street Baptist Church in Georgetown. Mr. Neeley died March 10. He was born Dec. 6, 1918, in Royston in Fisher County, the son of Charles Carl and Annie Daniel Copeland Neeley.
